Our objective is to always give you as much value as possible for the fee charged. Our fees are based on many factors such as distance, difficulty of the tasks, number of pets, holiday periods and other circumstances. The prices listed below are a guideline only—we will need to speak with you in more detail about your specific needs before a final price can be determined.

Our routine services include: Feeding, freshening water, scooping litter boxes, dog walking, play time, cuddle time, cleaning up after pets, brushing, alternating lights, inside watering of centrally located plants, and retrieving mail, newspapers and packages.

ACCOMMODATION SERVICES:
Last minute visit (less than 2 business days notice) Add $5.00 per visit, $10.00 per overnight
Late evening visits at client’s request after 10 PM Add $ 2.00
Early morning visits at client’s request before 7 AM Add $ 2.00
SPECIAL SERVICES:
Trip to veterinarian $34.00/hr (Holidays 40.00/hr)
Outdoor plants watered Add $2.00
Shopping fee for necessary supplies

KEY SERVICES:
Return client keys by regular mail No charge
Return client keys by petsitter $11
PAYMENT:
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. On or before departure or first date of service, full payment should be made available to the pet sitter by cash, check or credit card.
BILLING/INVOICING:
We do not bill. The added expense involved in billing increases the cost of your pet's care. Please help us keep costs down by paying for your services at the time they are rendered.
UNPAID BALANCES:
A charge of 1% per month (8% per annum) will be added to unpaid balances due after 14 days.
RETURNED CHECKS:
A charge of $35.00 will be assessed on all returned checks.
GRATUITIES FOR SITTERS:
If you wish to leave a gratuity for your pet sitter, include the extra amount in your check with a note or leave cash. Gratuities are not expected, but are always appreciated.
REFERRALS:
You will receive a gift certificate for free visit(s) for every person you refer to Capital Petsitters who uses our services. REFERRALS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
